Return and Exchange Policies
- We accept returns on all our products
- You can return our sunglasses if you don’t like them in an unused, unworn and free of damage as originally shipped
- All returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase
- If you pass the 30 days limit window we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange
- After your return, we will examine the product and notify you by email if your entitled to receive a refund. Then, we will credit your refund to your original method of payment
- If you want to exchange the product you will need to cover the shipping costs ($8.00 for one product and add $2 for each additional product)
- If there is a manufacturing defect with the sunglasses, you will need to provide proof with pictures of the damage product through email, then we will decide whether or not you qualify for a replacement of a new pair of sunglasses
- If the defected product is out of stock, you can choose the same model with a different color or use as a credit for a new pair of sunglasses – we will refund the whole amount if you don’t want another pair of sunglasses.
- If you bought two or more pairs of sunglasses and you want to return just one, you will need to cover the shipping cost if the purchase is below our $30 free shipping purchase
