Before shipping our products, we will inspect the sunglasses to control the quality and functionality to offer the best products

If our products have defects, you will need to contact us through email and send us the respective photos showing the defects in order to get a replacement or refund.

If you qualify for a replacement we will send you a new pair of sunglasses right away

If the defective product is out of inventory, either, we will ask you to switch for a different model with the same price or we will refund you the full amount that you paid
