Return and Exchange Policies
We accept returns on all products.
Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
All return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval.
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
Exchanges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges:
$8.00 for one item
$2.00 for each additional item
Replacement items will ship using standard shipping unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout.
Manufacturing Defects
Each pair of sunglasses is carefully inspected before shipping.
If your sunglasses arrive with a manufacturing defect, please email clear photos of the damaged product for review.
If approved, we will offer:
A replacement of the same model (subject to availability), or
The same model in a different color, or
Store credit, or
A full refund if a replacement is not desired.
Partial Returns & Free Shipping
If an order originally qualified for free shipping on orders of $65 or more and a partial return causes the remaining order total to fall below $65, the standard shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.
