Return and Exchange Policies

  • We accept returns on all products.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • All return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  • Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges:

    • $8.00 for one item

    • $2.00 for each additional item

  • Replacement items will ship using standard shipping unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout.

Manufacturing Defects

  • Each pair of sunglasses is carefully inspected before shipping.

  • If your sunglasses arrive with a manufacturing defect, please email clear photos of the damaged product for review.

  • If approved, we will offer:

    • A replacement of the same model (subject to availability), or

    • The same model in a different color, or

    • Store credit, or

    • A full refund if a replacement is not desired.

Partial Returns & Free Shipping

  • If an order originally qualified for free shipping on orders of $65 or more and a partial return causes the remaining order total to fall below $65, the standard shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.
